I can’t express how much fun we had horseback riding today! It’s almost been two years since Maddie and I had been and it was Oliver’s first time independently let alone a full trail ride! Everyone was matched with the perfect horse, thank you to our wonderful guides, Vanessa and Timmy! Oliver misses Star dearly and Maddie rode lucky, with Jules as mine! She had a tiara too. 🙂 it was sad to depart but we will be back. Feeling so grateful for such beloved memories and future ones to be had. ❤️

Went horseback riding for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. I rode on Star while my husband got Romeo. Star was incredibly mild mannered and perfect for a first-timer like myself. She took cues really well and was super gentle.
Timmy and Vanessa from Bit & Bridle were very hospitable and they made sure we were comfortable before setting off on the 2 hour trail around the ranch. It was a lovely evening ride and I can't wait to come back and ride again.

I cannot recommend this group enough. Vanessa and Tim did everything in their ability to ensure we had a good time. This included being flexible and rescheduling with incoming rain. They have such a beautiful property and the trail ride was nothing short of incredible. They take great care of their horses and teaching you how to ride.
We had great conversations on our trail ride and will definitely be back when in Fredericksburg. The MOST accommodating and caring people out there. You will not regret your experience at Bit & Bridle.

We had a wonderful time here! Well worth your time! Not only do you get a 2 hr trail ride, you are allowed to get comfortable with your horse before you go! Their property is absolutely beautiful and Vanessa takes the best pictures for you so you can just enjoy your ride. Whether you are experienced or a beginner, this trip is well worth your money.

! My husband, my sons (12 and 14), and I went on an evening ride that was peaceful and beautiful. The training session was just as much as we needed, enough but not too long. They took some time to walk us through familiarizing the horses with us, which really pays off in the end. You can tell they really love and take good care of their horses and know what they are doing. And what a sweet couple! I highly recommend Bit and Bridle.
